Returns - All sales are made to order and are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact Shopmoslea@gmail.com

Exchanges - If you are not happy with the sizing of a product, please contact Shopmoslea@gmail.com to exchange for a better fit. 

Production/Shipping - All items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the receipt of payment. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the courier. 

• If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee. 
• Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please contact the courier to make any address changes. 
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for made-to-order items to be prepared. Every item is handmade.
